Services
1
Work With ADOLESCENTS
I am highly skilled in working with young adults as they navigate this challenging time in life. Whether managing anxiety, depression, executive function challenges, self-esteem, social/relationship problems, or identity issues, amongst others, I can help them find solutions and hone their problem solving skills.

Work with ADULTS
We, as adults, often find ourselves feeling stuck and dwelling on thoughts and feelings that we know hinder us from moving forward. By using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT, I can help you develop coping skills to manage these challenges. Further, by exploring a patient's life experiences and the impact they have had on their worldview and behaviors, we can find the approach that works best for each individual. I approach therapy by having direct and honest conversations, while also providing empathy, understanding, and sometimes a bit of humor. .
